You have full control over your I'm Legal subscription. You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings page. This action will prevent any future billing, and your access to the service will continue until the end of your current paid term.
General Refund Policy
All subscription fees paid to I'm Legal are **non-refundable**. As a digital Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product with immediate access upon payment and a free tier for evaluation, we do not issue refunds or credits for partial subscription periods, unused accounts, or if you forget to cancel your subscription before the renewal date.
Refunds for Exceptional Circumstances
At our sole discretion, we may consider issuing a refund only under the following two specific and verifiable circumstances:
- Billing Errors: If you were charged an incorrect amount or double-billed for the same period due to a technical fault in our system.
- Major Service Failure: If our service was completely unavailable or a critical feature was non-functional for a prolonged period (e.g., more than 48 consecutive hours) due to a fault on our end.
Mandatory Refund Request Process
To be eligible for a refund under the exceptional circumstances listed above, you must follow this process precisely:
- Refund Request Timeframe: You must email our support team at support@imassistant.in with valid proof (e.g., transaction IDs, screenshots) of the issue. This request must be submitted within **7 (seven) days** of the transaction date. Requests received after this period are not eligible for review.
- Refund Processing Timeline: If our team verifies the issue and approves a refund, we will process the amount back to your original payment method. Please allow **9 to 15 business days** for the refund to appear in your account, as processing times can vary by bank.
