  • Immediate Access: Upon successful payment, access to the features of your chosen plan is granted to your account immediately.
  • No Physical Shipping: As our product is entirely digital, there are no physical goods to be shipped. Therefore, policies and timelines related to shipping are **Not Applicable**.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to the following responsibilities:

  • You must be a licensed and certified advocate, eligible to practice law in India, to use this Service.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account and must safeguard your password.
  • You must use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and professional ethics, including the rules of the Bar Council of India.

5. Disclaimer of Liability and Legal Responsibility

The I'm Legal platform is an assistive tool designed to support and streamline legal workflows. It is **not a substitute for professional legal judgment, strategy, or advice.**

You, as the licensed advocate, are solely and ultimately responsible for all legal opinions, case strategies, drafted documents, and client advice. I'm Legal disclaims all liability for any case outcomes or professional actions taken. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for any breach of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time. For information on refunds, please refer to our Refund Policy.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any legal action or proceeding shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kolkata, West Bengal.
